Raxit Patel

Raxit Patel is a co-founder and Vice President of Mudra Investments. He owns and manages 208 units across two apartment complexes in Texas. His responsibilities include strategy, risk management, due-diligence, construction, investor relations and capital raising. Raxit is a Professional Structural Engineer (PE) and holds a leadership position in a growing Structural Engineering firm in the Houston Real Estate market. In that capacity, he is a part of the senior leadership team and provides strategy, planning and execution of new/existing offerings to increase capability and profitability of the firm in the engineering and real estate industry. His 15 years of experience encompasses a number of industries and projects of up to $150M. He enjoys mentoring young staff, strategic planning, public relation, financial planning, operation and critical thinking for growth. He graduated from Rutgers State University, New Jersey with major in Civil Structural Engineering. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with family, bike riding and sketching.
